Victorian Cabinet from the 19th Century
We present you a small cabinet covered with walnut veneer, circa Q3 of the 19th century.
This single-leaf piece of furniture is placed on a rather prominent socle,
and topped with a simple, advanced towards the front cornice.
Furthermore, the door leaf is glazed, flanked by pilasters with brass
appliqués in the shape of herms.
The front of the cabinet is beautifully intarsiated with floral motifs.
In addition, the inside is padded with a velour fabric in a golden shade.
Presented cabinet has undergone professional renovation; is finished in Shellac.
Perfect for exhibiting porcelain.
