Sofa in the Louis XV Type

We present you this skeletal piece of furniture made of walnut,

with a softly upholstered seat, backrest, and armrests.

 Its shape refers to the 18th-century furniture in the Louis XV style,

 but the whole is from a later period, probably from the late 19th century.

From the front, the sofa is supported on four bent legs,

 which are connected with aprons that are ornamented with semi-plastic floral motifs.

The S-shaped arm supports and the rails of the backrest are covered with flutings.

Presented sofa has not undergone renovation and is in very good condition.

 The fabric is of green velour and does not need to be replaced.
