Biedermeier Sofa

We present you this big sofa, which shape resembles the 19th-century furniture in

the Biedermeier style.

This sofa has a wooden frame and an upholstered seat,

backrest, and armrests.

 The feet of the sofa legs are in the form of lion paws.

Furthermore, the armrests are folded outwards.

The frame of the backrest is crowned in the central section by a fragment of a circle

 with an intarsia, made of light wood.

Presented sofa is not renovated. Although the upholstery is undamaged, it is

 slightly dirty in some places.

The wooden elements bear traces of use, and has been lacquered

 by the previous owner.

 

THE AUTHENTICITY (period of origin, type of material used in

the manufacture) has been

confirmed by an experienced expert in vintage

and antique items.
