Rococo Revival Sideboard/Buffet from 1850
A Rococo Revival style sideboard/buffet from around 1850. The piece is made of wood and walnut veneer, with the front veneered in burl wood. The sideboard consists of two parts: a three-door base and an upper section with mirrors, topped with an openwork, semi-relief ornament featuring acanthus leaves and rose motifs. The interior is divided by individual shelves, except for the left side, which conceals a row of drawers. The central drawer above the doors is equipped with fittings for cutlery.
The piece is in its original, particularly good condition considering its age.
