Two Biedermeier Chairs, Circa 1860

Presented chairs are in the type of mahogany armchairs with upholstered

seat and backrest.

The items is of a simple form, with a semicircular backrest that has been slightly rolled out towards the outside, and that passes onto the sides of the seat.

The armchairs have not undergone a renovation. They are in very good condition. The upholstery

is secondary, with a slight gloss, in blue-creamy stripes. Moreover, the fabric

 is a bit soiled, but does not need to be replaced.

The simplicity of the chairs gives them elegance and class.

THE AUTHENTICITY (period of origin, type of material used in

 the manufacture) has been confirmed by an expert in

 vintage and antique items.
