Oak Extendable Table for 16 People

We present you a solid piece of furniture with an oval extendable top,

 which is supported on a rounded pedestal on four volute legs.

All is from the late 19th century.

In the apron section, there are hidden additional legs

 to support the extended top.

After extending it, the length increases from 113 cm to 293 cm –

 enough for 16 people.

The edges of the top are covered with oval relief decorations.

Furthermore, the legs are richly decorated with semi-plastic carved fruits and plants.

Presented piece of furniture has undergone renovation

and been finished in French polish and wax.

 The leafs to extend the table top are missing.

It is possible, however, to make new ones for an additional fee.

THE AUTHENTICITY (period of origin, type of material used in

 the manufacture) has been confirmed by an expert in

vintage and antique items.
