Neo-Renaissance Cupboard/Buffet, Circa the 19th Century
We present you this grand Neo-Renaissance piece of furniture made
of solid oak wood, circa 1890.
The cupboard is composed of a two-door base with an advanced
socle cornice, and a three-door upper section,
which is topped with a crowning cornice with a pediment and pinnacles.
Furthermore, the upper section is supported, from the front, on turned balusters. There is also a wall
with a rectangular mirror in the back, with an adjacent gallery.
The door panels are covered with a rich, semi-plastic carving.
Presented cupboard is in very good condition; refreshed with wax.
