Intarsiated Table, Circa the 19th Century
We present you this small wooden table veneered with rosewood, circa Q3 of the 19th century.
The table top is triangular, with wavy sides, and is supported on three slightly bent legs,
which are connected with cross bars with a shelf in the middle.
The shelf is of the same shape as the top.
Furthermore, the whole is intricately intarsiated. The motif on the table top is repeated on the bottom shelf.
This table can be used for various purposes – as a coffee table, flowerbed or pedestal.
Presented table is after a renovation. It is finished in Shellac.
