The table was manufactured, circa 1880, in Denmark. A simple, round table top, characteristic of the Biedermeier style, has been highlighted by mahogany veneer.

The columnar leg of the table, with its numerous carvings and rich, floral woodcarving, adds chic and elegance to this furniture. Additionally, the whole is supported on four legs that end with lion paws.
