Empire Chairs, Circa 1810
We present you this set of three chairs
in the Empire style, made of solid mahogany wood.
The chairs are of a classicizing form, with saber-like legs, and a softly
upholstered seat.
Furthermore, the back splat has a wide, rolled outwards top rail,
and a support in the shape of a lyre.
There is a rectangular insert inlaid with brass on the top rail of the backrests.
Presented chairs are in good condition. There are signs of bents on the legs and backrests.
The fabric on the seats is secondary; does not need to be replaced.
THE AUTHENTICITY (period of origin, type of material used in the
manufacture) has been confirmed by an expert in
vintage and antique items.
The Antique Beauty company issues a
CERTIFICATE OF EXHIBITOR on presented item, which confirms
the authenticity, legal origin, and the approximate date and
place of the item manufacture.
