Dutch Wall Clock in the Staarta Type

We present you this wall clock with an enameled face

in an oak case. The whole was manufactured before 1939

and is based on 19th-century Staarta clocks.

The ring with hours is painted on the background with the rural landscape.

Above the ring, there are phases of moon.

The semi-circular crest with brass finials is

decorated with a figurine of Atlas and angels blowing the trumpets.

The mechanism is functional, with a spring power source.

The clock strikes full hours and halves.
