Cupboard/Buffet, Circa 1880/1890

A monumental cupboard/buffet in the Neo-Renaissance style.

This amazing piece of furniture is made in oak, and veneered with mahogany burl.

The furniture is composed of two segments: a two-door base,

and a three-door setting.

The base ends with a profiled crown molding.

The setting is supported, from the front, on balusters, and is finished with a

 profiled molding.

There is a semi-plastic ornamentation on the entire door panel of the upper-middle door,

 depicting a hunting scene.

The inside of the base is divided with a shelf. Two shelves inside the setting with adjustable heights.

The height regulation is possible thanks to serrated strips

in the corners.

The cupboard is in very good condition. It has undergone a minor renovation.

The furniture is ready to be put into an interior.

THE AUTHENTICITY (period of origin, type of wood used in

 manufacturing) has been

confirmed by an experienced expert in vintage

and antique furniture.
