Comfortable Bergère in New Upholstery

Bergère, circa 1910, in the Louis Philippe style. The furniture was made in walnut wood, the upholstery has been replaced.

The rectangular backrest of the armchair flawlessly goes into slightly bent ears that connect with armrests. The frame of the furniture is profiled and chiseled.

The supports of the armchair are four finely curved, S-shaped legs, finished with beautiful scrollworks.  The bergère has been padded with upholstery fabric on both, the front and the back, which allows you to place the furniture anywhere in a given space.

The wooden parts harmonize perfectly with the new upholstered fabric imitating linen. The removable seat cushion has been fitted with a lock to facilitate removing of the upholstery for washing.

Bergère is after a renovation. It presents itself beautifully.

THE AUTHENTICITY (period of origin, type of wood used in manufacturing) has been

confirmed by an experienced expert in vintage and antique furniture.
