Louis Philippe Armchair from the 19th century
An armchair from the mid-19th century, with a line of the frame bent characteristically for the style,
and S-shaped legs.
The frame of the armchair is ornamented with a decorative woodcarving in a form of fluting,
and a semi-plastic carving with a motif of acanthus leaves that crowns
the backrest.
The seat is spring and comfortable, the back splat of the backrest is in the shape of a medallion.
The openwork armrests are upholstered with a fabric with
a floral motif.
The whole is in very good condition. There are slight abrasions on the surface of the armchair, and small,
as for the age of the armchair, traces of use.
