Carved Oak Bench from the 19th Century

We present you a massive, English bench with a storage compartment,

 made of solid oak wood. The whole is dated 1890.

The base of this piece of furniture is case, with a solid rear,

and openwork-cut sides.

 The rails are in the shape of volutes, finished in an uncommon manner with

 dragon heads.

Furthermore, the front of the apron, the sides, and the backrest

are richly ornate with carved patterns.

Presented bench has undergone renovation and is finished in wax.

 vintage and antique items.
