Bookcase from the Interwar Period
A piece of furniture made in wood and oaken face veneer, on a small cornice
which ends with a profiled molding.
In the central section, there are glazed doors with crystal
windows that are divided with bolections.
The outer doors of the bookcase are full, with a cornice
drawer at the bottom, and a deep niche from the top.
The door panels, the molding under the cornice, and the pilasters with an applicable,
semi-plastic sculptural decoration.
The inside of this piece of furniture is divided with shelves, which heights
can be regulated thanks to the serrated slides in the corners.
The doors and the drawers can be locked with a key.
Moreover, they are complemented with brass fittings.
Presented bookcase is after thorough renovation, and is finished in French polish.
