Antique Dresser, Circa 1880, After Renovation

An old dresser, circa 1880, in the Neo-Rococo style.

The furniture is veneered with mahogany and burl.

The front legs of the dresser are turned. The piece of furniture has four drawers.

The front of the top, and of the drawers are wavily profiled. The handles are brass,

in decorative, Neo-Rococo forms. All drawers can be locked with a key.

The inside of the first drawer is divided into three parts with sliding

locks.

The furniture has undergone renovation, it is covered in high gloss French polish.

THE AUTHENTICITY (period of origin, type of wood used in manufacturing) has been

confirmed by an experienced expert in vintage and antique furniture.
