A Signed Showcase, Circa 1920

A piece of furniture with a signature of B&E Strump Manufactory from Glasgow.

The showcase is of simple, geometrical shapes, and is glazed on three sides.

The three-door, main segment is supported on legs in the shape of a sphere within bird talons.

The middle door with a radially arrayed
bolections.

To continue, the inside hides glass shelves.

Presented showcase has undergone professional renovation, and has been finished in French polish

in the shade of orange.

Thanks to the simplicity of the design, and high quality of the craftsmanship at the same time,

 the whole presents itself extremely beautifully.
