A Set of Neo-Rococo Armchairs from the 19th/20th Century

We present you four neat armchairs, so-called DOUILLETTE, made of rosewood and rosewood veneer.

The armchairs have bent and rounded backrests, which are closed in a profiled frame

that smoothly turns into low armrests.

The front legs and the aprons are ornamented with a woodcarving. The feet are on brass rolls.

Furthermore, the armchairs in this set are padded with a soft upholstery, finished with a brass stripe.

Presented armchairs are in very good condition. The upholstery is secondary, and undamaged.

 However, it requires a restoration. (It is possible to replace the upholstery for a new for an extra fee.)

THE AUTHENTICITY (period of origin, type of material used in the manufacture) has been

confirmed by an experienced expert in vintage and antique items.
