19th-Century Rosewood Cabinet with Intarsias
We present you a cabinet of a medium size veneered with rosewood, circa the 2nd half of the 19th century.
This piece of furniture is on angular legs that end with rolls. The whole is topped with a wall with a shelf and two mirrors: one in the shape of a semicircle, whereas the second is small and oval.
Furthermore, the door panel is divided by geometric moldings into sections with mirror tiles
and multicolor intarsias with a motif of vases and festoons.
Moreover, the intarsias are complemented with fillet stripes, which cover the other parts of the corpus
and the rear wall of the cabinet.
The inside is divided with numerous shelves.
Presented cabinet is after a professional renovation; finished in Shellac in the shades of lemon
and black.
This piece of furniture presents itself most exquisitely and beautifully.
