19th-Century Biedermeier Secretary Desk
We present you a secretary desk made in mahogany and less noble wood
veneered with pyramidal mahogany. Al is from the 1st half of the 19th century.
This piece of furniture is composed of a base and a high add-on unit.
There are three drawers in the base and a fourth sliding one in the shape of the top,
with adjustable compartments and a liftable writing panel.
The whole secretary is closed with a cylindrical lid, which hides the inside
with a row of small drawers.
Furthermore, the movable upper section is in the form of a three-leaf add-on unit,
higher in its central section and finished with a decorative crest.
Presented piece of furniture is after renovation and finished in shellac.
