19th-Century Louis Philippe Armchair

We present you this piece of furniture, circa the 1st half of the 19th century, made of mahogany wood, with an upholstered seat

and a backrest.

The armchair is placed on front cabriole legs. Moreover, the backrest is in the shape of a medallion

and the sides are open.

The woodwork is covered with a carved pattern, which is especially rich on the cresting rail,

apron, and on the knees.

Presented armchair is after renovation of the woodwork. The upholstery was replaced with one with beige-white lines.

THE AUTHENTICITY (period of origin, type of material used in

the manufacture) has been confirmed by an expert in

vintage and antique items.
